When you submit the contact form we process the details you enter yourself: name, company, phone number, email address, subject and message. We collect nothing beyond that through this website.
The details are used solely to answer your enquiry and for any continued discussion about a project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us, together with the consent you give when submitting the form.
The form is delivered to us as email through the email service Resend, which acts as a data processor. The details are then stored in our email. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to other parties beyond what is required to deliver the email or what the law requires.
This website uses Umami for visitor statistics. Umami is cookieless: no cookie is set, no profile is built and individual visitors are not identified. That is why the website shows no cookie banner — there is no consent to collect.
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, and to object to the processing. Contact us at dataskydd@smederna.se and we will help you.
